S&P Capital IQ offered three profiles Software developer, Business Analyst and Quality Analyst. I was interviewed for Software Developer .The whole process took 5 rounds.
Round1
This was a written test which included some basic aptitude questions, unseen passage, and some English vocabulary, anonyms and synonyms questions. This round was easy and questions were of normal difficulty.
Round 2
This was again a written test which included 4 different sections.
1)Aptitude - which was compulsory for all.
2)Programming skills -this section was for Software developer profile which included some MCQ and 2 coding question.
3) Database- This section was also for Software developer profile which included some MCQ and SQL queries .
4) This was for Business analyst and Quality analyst profile which included some general testing and designing related questions like - Write 5 test cases for checking Google search, Design a User Interface for coffee vending machine.
This round was typical than first round and major filtering took place in this one. If you are preparing for Software developer profile, you need to brush up your SQL concepts and should practice some queries. One of the coding questions was easy and other one was above average.

Round 5
This round was with Director ,which was more like a HR round, they asked some general HR questions like why to join S&P , expectations from company, which technology you prefer to work on .Overall this round was one to one discussion and happened very smoothly.
